Our services.
We support and strengthen people, teams and systems.
Voice for Choice provides advocacy coaching, mentoring, inclusion consulting, capability building, workshops and education for individuals, families, schools, businesses, community organisations, health services and government teams.
We care deeply about the people we work with and the outcomes and impact of our time together.
Our work crosses disability, neurodiversity, mental wellbeing, education and community inclusion. This might mean helping someone communicate their needs and take a more active role in decisions, supporting a family through a difficult school situation, or helping an organisation design safer, more ethical and inclusive ways of working.
Every engagement begins by listening, asking useful questions and working alongside the people involved to build skills, strengthen communication and develop practical changes that fit their circumstances.
Based in West Gippsland, we provide services in-person across Gippsland and other parts of Victoria. Consulting, coaching and training are also available online throughout Australia.

Community and Co-Design
Community consultation, inclusive co-design and capability building for councils, education, health and community organisations across Gippsland and Victoria.
Consulting and Capability
Consulting, mentoring and training for organisations seeking stronger communication, inclusive practice, ethical service design and safer, more capable teams.
